Vintage 1970s Blue & White Polka Dot Prairie Dress

Selling this dress hurts my heart but as it hasn't fit in over 5 years so it is time for her to bring joy to someone else. This dress was made by "It's a Charm" in the 1970s and is perfect for warm weather. It is an empire-waisted polka dot maxi dress with a wrap-tie as well as two fasteners for security. The dress has little flaw to and is in great condition for its age. The dress has no sizing tag but when I was a size 8 it fit perfectly. I have also typed the measurements below. Measurements (taken flat and un stretched): Armpit to armpit: 16.5" Waist: 13" (there is elastic in the waist with tie and can be stretched significantly) Hips: free Length (from top of shoulder to bottom of hem): 53"
