Vintage 1970s Butterick 3950 Sewing Pattern Baby 0-6 months Romper Snowsuit Top Pants COMPLETE Size Small ( Modern Size 6 - 9 months ) Height: 24 - 28.5" Weight: 13 - 18 Lbs Year: 70s Infants Top, Pants, Romper and Coverup: Semi fitted top has round neckline and left shoulder snap closing and long sleeves with barrel cuffs. Pants have elastic waist and footies with elastic ankles. Semi fitted romper has round neckline, left shoulder snap, short sleeves and snap crotch. Semi fitted hooded coverup with front zipper closure, elastic side waist and inner thigh snaps with long sleeves, pants and attached mittens.
