Vintage 1970s Collegian of California Paisley Suit Maxi Skirt and Jacket

I would say this is a paisley statement suit! White paisley gallivants over a burgundy ground. Perfect for the lover of all things paisley. There is something very British about it. The long jacket and long skirt bring to mind a vision of traipsing around the castle grounds in heavy boots. I digress. The fabric is a polyester knit. Washable! The jacket measures 19” armpit to armpit. 15” shoulder to shoulder. Sleeve length is 22”. Jacket length, measured from the top of the shoulder is 29”. The skirt pulls on. No zipper. The waist is 30”. Hip is 38”. Length is 37”. There is a little leeway in all these measurements as the fabric does have some stretch to it. The suit is in excellent condition. This is a rare find. A wonderful piece to stroll through the seasons with.
