Vintage 1970’s Couture Specialists long quilted black puffy coat with waist tie

Vintage 1970’s Couture Specialties jet black quilted poly/nylon maxi coat with wide collar, large black bead buttons and removable waist tie. Two open side pockets at hips. Coat is in excellent condition with no rips, holes or tears but there is one small spot of discoloration as shown in photo and the bottom button is missing. The top button could easily be moved to the bottom. No size tag with measurements of Bust 40” Waist 42” Hips 44” Length 46” Sleeves 23” Shoulders 16”
