New with Tags - Dead Stock Vintage 1970s Dress from Steppin' Out, maker of Disco and Party Dresses - Made in USA. This is one of the elaborate, higher end dresses from Steppin Out. Dress features a Spaghetti Strap, Sweetheart Neckline with Embellished Bodice that features Sequins, Mesh and Ribbons. There is a Rosette detail at hipline and hem is a bubble hem which adds volume. Back upper is 100% smocked (gathered with elastic). Size 9 Juniors - Dimensions are Width at Underarm 15.5", Waist 13", Length including straps - 36".
