Vintage 1970s Dress with Belt, Black And White Stripes Sundress

Gorgeous vintage dress circa the later 1970s, perhaps early 1980s. Black and white stripes with sweet buttons up the side of the bodice, square neck, and a matching belt. Looks and feels like cotton or a blend. Elastic waist and across the back of the bodice top. No Label. I'd say this is a medium but do see measurements below. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 29" at rest up to about 36" fully stretched Waist: 21" to 33" Hips: free to 44" Shoulder to waist: 16" Shoulder to bottom hem: 41" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
