Vintage 1970’s Festival Summer Dress

This is a handmade item that has been keep in impeccable condition with zero flaws made in 1974. The fabric is a lightweight solid build. The shoulders are tie straps completely adjustable. The waist has an elastic since so it stretches with a tie closure for detail only. I am 5’6 and 110 lbs and this is bigger on me, it would fit a small through medium build. The top fabrics has ribbing detail. These are truly one of a kind.
