Vintage 1970s ~ Floral bow-tie blouse

Please note this is a fragile piece, of thin fabric, but still wearable as far as vintage blouses go. There is a little stain on the underside of one of the tie strings I hadn't noticed until I was taking photos, it's barely noticeable. There is no tag, but it is probably a soft polyester.
