With a fabulous frilly V neck, an incredibly vibrant color scheme, and a full maxi skirt, this vibrant retro beauty is the perfect mix of elegant and fun. In absolutely wonderful condition, no flaws noted. I so wish this was my size 😂 I just love this dress!! Measures 14” across the waist and 19” across the bust, measured flat, doubled for full.
