Vintage 1970s Halter Maxi Dress This style is very flattering with floor length skirt and beautifully pleated empire waist. Original owner added a few modesty stitches at bust, but these are easily removable for a more revealing look. This dress is handmade so it has no size or material tags. Fabric appears to be a polyester blend.
