Vintage 1970s hand made one piece red and white checked clown costume with green pom poms. Upcycled out of fuzzy one piece acetate nylon pajamas. Zip front with green yarn pom poms on the zipper and at the waist. One green pom pom on the butt. Green yarn pom poms at each ankle. Pajamas had feet at one time that have been cut off. Elastic at the ankles. Good condition. Sewing has a hand made feel. Tagged size medium. Shown on a women's size small. Laid flat and measured.
