Wonderfully luxe burgundy red terry cloth velour midi dress by IMPULSE Fantasy Juniors Ltd. Vintage 1970's, the dress comes with a matching elastic belt in striped red & blue. Dress has a scoop neck, cap sleeves, an elastic waist and 11" side slits. Very good pre-owned condition with a couple of light stains near the top of one of the slits - please see close-ups.
