Vintage 1970s Kate Greenaway Girls Red Long Sleeve Tunic Dress size 3T

This is in excellent vintage condition Blue gingham neckline and sleeves with blue rick rack trim No stains or holes Three buttons at top back Had a belt that is missing Quilted bodice Someone has sewn a small stitch at the bottom edge of the sleeves ; however , the elastic is still in good condition given its age 16” long 12.5” Armpit to armpit I believe this is a dress but please consider that the sizing may be different than modern sizing
