Vintage 1970s Light Blue Velour Short Sleeve Top Small/Medium

Adorable, possibly homemade, light blue velour 1970s vintage blouse with embroidered pocket detail. This cute blouse has very typical 70s attributes, like the pointy collar, sharp lines at the collar bones and short cap sleeves. there's a pocket on the front framed in ribbon and lace with embroidered blue flowers on it. It looks like someone took a vintage hanky and upcycled it back in the day to give the shirt something extra. I can just picture a grandma making this for one of her granddaughters in the 70s! There is a small pinhole sized stain on the back, see photos, but otherwise excellent for age. Cleaned and stored in a smoke-free home.
