Vintage 1970’s Maxi Dress

This unusual dress has really fabulous sleeves that have very wide cuffs and puffed sleeves above that. It has a plain bodice with a border print that goes down the center front and around the bottom. It has a front slit and zips up the back. I believe that it is made of polyester, but there are no fabric content tags so I can only speculate. The size tag has faded off so please go by the measurements bust 38 inches waist 30 inches skirt length 37 inches and length from the shoulder 53 inches. It has a sash tie that comes with it. It is in excellent condition with no flaws that I can find.
