Vintage 1970's Mollie Parnis Black Velvet Dress

Vintage 1970's Mollie Parnis black velvet long sleeve dress with lace collar and lace at the bottoms of the sleeves. Has two pockets as shown. Hidden zipper in the back along with hook and eye closure at the top (eye closure is missing as shown) Does have discoloration inside by the armpits and near the inside of the collar.
