Extravagant EXTRA wide leg palazzo pant elephant bell with a white lace design that includes rhinestones a halter top neckline low v line black metal zipper Waist is defined with fabric strap that's attached around the waist and tied in the back. The tie is not removable. super wide elephant bell bottoms approximately a 56" opening. Has IGLWU Union label- Red, White, and Blue. no fabric tag - Manufactures size 9/10, fits like a normal 9/10.
