Vintage 1970s Red White and Blue Striped Shorts Handmade, Size Medium, 28" Waist

Description - Very high waisted back zip shorts from the 70s that would be perfect for the 4th of July! The fabric has stretch. Details Brand - Handmade Content - Polyester Size - Medium Waist - 14" across, stretches to 15.75" Hips - approx 18.75" across, stretches to 20" Rise - 14" Inseam - 2.5" Outseam - 15" Leg Opening - 12" Condition - I don't see any flaws but it looks like the person who sewed them ran out of fabric because the waist band was sewn a bit weird. There is a section where she switched the direction of the fabric.
