Vintage 1970s Simplicity 5993 Sewing Pattern Toddler Size 2 Dress Smock Top & Pants Size 2 ( Modern Size 1 - 2 year old, 2T ): B- 21" W- 20" From 1973 Toddlers Dress and Smock & Bell-Bottom Pants: Dress and smock have back zipper and skirt gathered to bodice above normal waistline. Long dress V1 and short dress V. 2 have high round neckline, stand-up collar, long set-in sleeves and lace edging trim. V1 has ribbon tie belt. Long smock V1 and short smock V2,3,4 have lined bodice, square neckline, and cap sleeves. V1,2,3 have lace edging. V2,3 have ribbon tie belt. V4 has embroidered braid. The pants V3,4 have elastic waistline casing.
