Vintage 1970s Simplicity 6184 Sewing Pattern Girls Sz 3 Dress Top Jumper COMPLETE Size: 3, 3T B: 22" W: 20.5" Year: 1973 Little Girl, Child's Dress or Jumper in Two Lengths and Blouse: The dress or jumper with skirt gathered to lined bodice above normal waistline has back zipper, square neckline and set-in gathered cap sleeves. Regular length V1&2 have optional rick-rack trim and optional daisy medallion trim. Long length V3 has patch pockets with purchased applique trim, lace edging trim and optional ribbon tie belt. The blouse with a "Peter Pan" collar has front button closing and long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings.
