Vintage 1970s Simplicity 6900 Sewing Pattern Womens Size XS / S Set of Smocked Tops with Square Neckline COMPLETE Size 10 - 12 ( Modern Size X Small to Small ): B- 32.5 - 34" W- 25 - 26.5" H- 34.5 - 36" Year: 1975 Womens Smock Top in Two Lengths: The smock top with front and back gathered to yoke has square neckline, back button closing, set-in sleeves gathered with ribbon or cord drawstrings forming self ruffles. V1&3 have long sleeves. V2&4 have short sleeves. V3&4 tops are 5" shorter than V1&2. V1,2&4 have rick-rack trim. V4 has lace trim under rick-rack at neck edge. V1&4 feature different hand embroidery stitches worked over the rick-rack. See yardage chart for colors.
