Vintage 1970s Simplicity 7198 Sewing Pattern Size 4 Toddler Dress Pinafore Bib Pants COMPLETE Size 4, 4T B- 23" W- 21" From 1975 Childs Pinafore & Pants with Detachable Bib and Dress: The dress with optional rick-rack trim has long raglan sleeves and elastic casings at neck and sleeve edges, forming self ruffles. The pinafore skirt gathered to buttoned waistband has back opening. The pants with back zipper have waistband. The detachable ruffled bib buttoned to skirt or pants features embroidery, square neckline and suspenders crossed in back. The pinafore with detachable bib is trimmed with eyelet or lace edging.
