Vintage 1970s Simplicity 8221 Sewing Pattern Size M Kids Halloween Costumes COMPLETE Size 6, 8 ( Modern Size Medium ): B- 25 - 27" W- 22 - 23.5" H- 27 - 29" From 1977 Girls & Boys Costumes: All costumes have tops with long or short set-in sleeves. V1,2,3,4 have pants with elastic waistline casings and snap fastened hood. V1 with bow has contrasting patch and ears. Pinked V2 is trimmed with felt leaves and crepe paper sleeve trims. Fringed V3 with felt bird has tie-on collar and feather trimmed headband. V2 with sleeves encased in braid or binding has head scarf and ribbon or purchased belt. V5 with jagged edges has contrasting tie-on collar, and feather trimmed hat.
