Vintage 1970s Skirt & Blouse Set by Hal Ferman

Like new! A line skirt, long-sleeve blouse & belt/scarf. White with a colorful yet subtle pink & turquoise diamond print. The skirt has some stretch, pull on, elasticized waistband, midi length of 26.5" & length is 14.5. The blouse has the same print & all over crinkle pleating, full button up/ down, long-sleeve, button cuffs, when buttoned fully is a high neck. Measures 16.5"(but has lots of stretch with the crinkle pleating) & is 21" in length. Comes with what is either is a belt or a neck tie scarf. It actually works both ways, I took pics both ways. Belt measures 56 x 1.5 inches. An adorable set for many occasions!
