Vintage 1970s Small Edwardian High Neck Juliet Sleeve Maxi Dress

An absolutely gorgeous 1970s Edwardian style maxi dress, with high neck and gorgeous puff Juliet sleeves. 100% cotton purple, orange and white floral fabric. The details on this dress are just stunning. The bodice and skirt are fully lined with taffeta, the sleeves are unlined. The bodice has cloth covered buttons and a zip back. In my research, I found this identical dress which still had the tags on it from Saks fifth Avenue, so I am assuming this dress is also from Saks. Excellent condition, like new with zero flaws. Union made in the USA. The dress is marked as a size 9, but measurements are more in line with a modern size 4, which would make this beautiful dress a size small. Measurements shown in photos.
