Vintage 1970's Smocked Waist Maxi Skirt

Vintage 1970's Hawaiian Smocked Waist Maxi Skirt Skirt is in excellent condition. No tag, possibly handmade. No holes, small faint line (see photo), smocking is in great shape and the blue and red print are vibrant against the crisp white. Material looks like crepe acrylic common in vintage Hawaiian clothes. Waist 12-15 inches (could stretch more but would not advise), Hips 20 inches, Length 40 inches. Size listed is my best guess, please use measurements listed to determine best fit.
