Vintage 1970s Teal Blue with Lace Peekaboo Dress Size 4

This dress has a small peekaboo in the chest! It is in perfect condition with no tears or stains. It’s size is about a 4. In the photos I am wearing a petticoat with this dress; it is not included with the purchase of this dress. The cuffs have also been modified at some point- there is a purple ribbon sewn onto them and they are looser than they should be. This is not standard for this specific dress.
