Vintage Prestige brand black velvet maxi skirt. Likely 100% cotton based on fabric and familiarity with different types of velvet. Very good vintage condition. Side zipper. Flat measurements: Waist 13 inches across. Hips 20 inches across. Maxi length 38 inches. Side slits for walking 16.5 inches on both sides. Fits like a modern size 4. Form fitting, very sexy and comfortable. (Please note it is much too small for me now, so it will look better on someone who can actually still wear a size 4!)
