Vintage 1970's Vicky Vaughn Jr. Maxi Black Dress Size 11 Off the Shoulder Ribbon

A popular style from the 1970's.  1/4" pink ribbon straps and a beautiful decorated overlay.  Union label made in the USA.  Has accordian pleats.  Has 4 small holes - one under arm, 2 in front halfway down and one under pink ribbon strap in front.  All are hard to see.  The size label came off when cleaning and  has been pinned to the care label.
