Circa 1974-79 based on Tag ♡Lovely scalloped neckline ♡Faux button up back (zips up) ♡Buttons up at wrists ♡Aprox size Small ♡ Waist 24" all the way around Bust 14" Sleeves 23" ♡Needs tlc: has some brown stains on collar and bottom of sleeve. I haven't tried to get the stains out so it may be a simple fix to someone more knowledgeable on repairing fabric
