D E T A I L S Such a sweet little 70s dress! Features a fold over collar, short cap sleeves, buttons to the elastic waist, matching tie belt, and flared skirt with tiered ruffled flounce hem. Dainty lace trim around the collar, cuffs and ruffle. Comes in white with pink and peachy floral bouquets. Made from a very thin, semi sheer woven cotton material. No brand tag. Labeled size 9 but please refer to measurements in photos and note the elastic waist does feel stretched out C O N D I T I O N Good condition with some minor flaws. One of the buttons is different that the other 2, there are 2 discolored spots (one near armpit, one on skirt), and there are 2 random dots on the ruffled hem.
