Vintage 1970s blue Dress

This is a vintage, wrap style/look dress from the 1970s. This is one of those classic styles that will never go out of fashion. It just looks good in any decade. The material has some stretch to it. elastic waist. It measures out to a modern size 4. It’s in near perfect shape, no rips, tears or stains.
