Vintage 1970s blue velvet and lace long sleeve dress

This dress was made by the ILGWU- The International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union. From asking around in some different clothing groups, the general consensus was that this dress is from the 1970s. It measures 57” long and 17” from armpit to armpit. Sleeve length is approximately 25” long. Dress is in good vintage condition and did not find any issues of note. Dress is marked as a size 11.
