Vintage 1970’s cotton baby blue prairie/bohemian maxi dress with bell sleeves

Vintage 1970’s cotton prairie maxi dress in white and baby blue. There is no label, but does not appear to be handmade. Gorgeous sweeping skirt and a bodice with beautiful lace detail. Amazing big bell eyelet sleeves. Dress is lined in a pale blue with white sheer fabric over it. Detachable waist belt. Closes in the back with two hook and eyes and a button closure at the nape of the neck. I’m amazing vintage condition with no stains, undone seams or holes, but there is a tiny tear on the shoulder as shown in photo.
