Vintage crochet, open-weave dress with fringe! Handmade and from the 1970's It fits oversized like a poncho. I guess it is a hybrid dress/poncho I wore it with a bodysuit underneath, jeans and belted Colors: purple and green (best pic..#3) Measurements: Shoulders: 22 in; elbow length sleeves: 18 in; Pit to pit: 22 in; length with fringe: 36 in.
