Vintage 1970s floor length gown with blue detail

Vintage 1970s long sleeve, full lenth gown with blue embroidered detail on the sleeves. The tag is faded but it is probably a womens size 8. The measurements are 55" long from collar to bottom of the dress, roughly 36" at the bust, and 34" at the waist. Zip closure in the back and ties at the waist.
