Vintage 1970's gown m/L

Vintage 1960's-1970's size 14 gown is closest to a modern M/L. Please see measurements for details. Mint green, maxi dress, sleeveless double tie waist. Dress is in good vintage condition she is over 40 years old! Pictured spots at hem very light, and one rust colored spot smaller than the head of a flat pin pictured. Flaws not terribly noticeable while wearing and not on the top of the dress, price has been adjusted accordingly. The dress does have some stretch
