Vintage 1970s groovy outfit, one of a kind

This is in great condition, considering age. I will try to describe it as well as I can. The top part is a shirt that has a snap on skirt with buttons which you can see in the photo you can remove the bottom part of the shirt that creates the dressskirt area and wear it with the pants that makes lots of photos with measurements model in the photo is about 5’7 she weighs about 145 pounds and she does have a large chest. I think that this is homemade.
