Vintage 1970’s handmade high rise flare jeans EUC

Vintage 1970’s handmade high rise flare jeans in excellent used condition. Jeans were made for a family member in 1970’s. Material feels like true 100% cotton denim with no stretch. Waist= 16” across laying flat Inseam= 32” Rise= 11.5” The style is fitted in the thigh and meant to be worn lower/slouchy. I would say they fit a size 4, maybe a small size 6. They don’t appear to have any holes, rips or stains. They do have some light wear at knees as shown in pictures. Feel free to ask questions and/or make an offer.
