Vintage 1970s housewife polyester top

Cute and groovy seventies polyester button up blouse with original waist tie. It’s giving Kitty Forman. Sleeves are semi sheer. Pretty blue floral with 7/8 sleeves. Size is a vintage 12 but fits more like an 8 or medium. My bust size is 37-38 and you can see how it fits, has a bit of stretch.
