Vintage 1970s ladies blouse, button down, Lady Manhattan, size 12

1970s ladies button down shirt with classic collar and accents! Light silver/grey with a hint of blue. Great condition, no wear, very light dirt on the back of shoulder (see photos). 100% polyester, smooth light material with a little stretch. Tagged size 12, but runs small for current era.
