Vintage 1970s or 1980s Blue West Germany Dress Size Medium

I don't normally list vintage items, but found this royal blue dress and thought it was so unique. First off, it was made in West Germany, which no longer exists since East Germany and West Germany United in 1990. But based on the style, this dress predates that even. The dress has beautiful draping along the neckline, which can be flipped to wear along the back and also includes a buttoned removable belt. The length is anywhere from ankle to mid calf, depending on individual height. There is a zipper on the back that starts mid back and goes to neckline. Material is 100% polyester, which makes me think dress is from 1970, which is when polyester became popular for clothing. The entire dress is composed of delicate silver sparkles. Sleeves are long with a slight puff at the shoulder. There are even pockets on this dress! Brand is Creation made exclusively for Modell. There is a flaw approximately 6" from bottom of dress (looks like someone tried to iron dress creating mark). Not very noticeable, but dress could be hemmed. Absolutely gorgeous piece that will need to be for the right buyer who appreciates vintage and history!
