Vintage 1970s or 1980s EJM Petite Striped Blue Long Sleeve Dress Small

This vintage shirtdress from EJM Petite is from the 1970s or 1980s. It has long sleeves, shoulder pads (in matching fabric), a collared neckline, 5 buttons down the front, an elastic waist, belt loops, and a full A-line skirt. It is unlined. The belt is missing. The dress is striped in lovely shades of blue, green, and purple. The fabric care and size tag has been cut off. The fabric is thin and feels like cotton, no stretch. It is semi-sheer when held up to strong light. I wear a *vintage* size 12 (modern Small) and this dress fits me, but please refer to measurements since there is no size tag. Armpit to armpit: 16" lying flat Waist: 13.5" lying flat, stretches to 15" Length: 39" Excellent vintage condition. No holes, stains, rips, or tears. From a smoke free and pet free home.
