Vintage 1970s striped Victorian neckline Maxi dress, size Small

This vintage Maxi dress from the 70s is absolutely gorgeous and in amazing condition for its age! Their are no tags, but I'm a size 4-6, or small in dresses, and this fit me perfectly! Zipper is fully functional, Cream bodice with black velvet ribbon detailing, lace accents down a high Victorian style collar, vibrant and colorful striped skirt making this unique maxi dress a standout piece. Measurements are Bust across- 16" Waist - 14.5" Length- 56" There is some stressing at the under arm seams, but no other notable flaws.
