Trespass, originally released in 1975 under the name Prärie, has undergone several transformations over the years. Lakeside later rebranded it as Trespass, and two decades afterward, it was renamed and re-themed by Piatnik as Buffalo/Bison. The game’s adaptability stems from its abstract strategy nature, where theme takes a back seat to gameplay and strategy. Trespass combines intriguing ideas with some balance challenges resulting in interesting gameplay mechanics.
