Vintage 1980/40s polka dot/nipped waist dress

Beautiful vintage black/blue polka dot dress! I originally purchased on Etsy and it just didn’t fit (I’m too short). Sadly, I have to sell it. It’s so beautiful though. Measurements Bust - the top is very loose. I suggest this will fit better for anyone above 5”3 as the waist to top of dress is longer. Measurement laying flat is 18. If you’re short or have smaller breasts, there will be a lot of loose fabric. Waist - 13. No wiggle room here. Hips - 18. Some wiggle room. Full length - 39.
