Vintage 1980s 1990s Blouse, CDC Black Tunic Style Shirt with Shoulder Pads

Striking vintage blouse from the 1980s or 1990s. Tunic style with a V neck, buttons, splits at the side and a tie in back. Shoulder pads. Label reads: CDC Size 6, but do see measurements below. Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting. Feels like perhaps a rayon or similar, maybe a blend. Measurements when lying flat, and pulled taut. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 40 Waist: 38" but can be adjusted tighter with the tie Shoulder to bottom hem: 30" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
