Vintage 1980's 1990s Dress, So What II Black Pinstripe with Ruffled Collar

Utterly charming vintage 1980s 1990s dress in a semi sheer black and gray pinstripe. Shirtwaist style to the waist with little buttons up the bodice. Darling ruffled collar, short cap sleeves, elastic waist. Label Reads: So What II of California. Looks and feels like a poly or rayon or similar. Probably about a small to smaller medium but do see measurements below Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 37" Waist: 26" at rest to about 34" fully stretched Hips: 42" Shoulder to Waist: 15" Shoulder to bottom hem: 37" Please note: This is a vintage, preworn and/or preloved item, and as such is one of a kind and not eligible for returns or refunds.
