Vintage 1980's 1990s Dress, Zoe Black Floral Print Rayon Frock, Does 1940s

Utterly charming vintage dress from the 1980s or 1990s with a scattering of multicolor flowers on a black background. Very 1940s inspired. Tea length with a slit in the front of the skirt, Princess seams and waist, and three quarter length sleeves. Label Reads: Zoe, says its crepe and I'd guess a rayon, and says size small, but do see measurements. Near mint vintage condition. Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. Armpit to armpit across bust: 36" at rest to 40" stretched" Waist: 30" to 34" Hips: loose to about 46" Shoulder to Waist: 15" Shoulder to bottom hem: 48" Please note: This is a vintage, preworn and/or preloved item, and as such is one of a kind and not eligible for returns or refunds.
