Gorgeous never been worn vintage 1980s Nipon boutique dress. Pink and sky blue striped , nipped in waist with attached tie belt. Ruffled bust. US 4 , Xs It measures 14/15inch bust flat so roughly a 30/32 inch bust . The waist is about 28inch it measures 14/15 flat , length from top of dress 33inch . Metal side zip and hook and eye closure
